Over the course of many centuries, various schools have developed in the art of suzani embroidery: Nurata, Bukhara, Samarkand, Urgut, Shakhrisabz, Tashkent and Fergana. Each of the schools is distinguished by its sewing features and original colors. Endless love for nature is reflected in the embroideries of skilled seamstresses of Bukhara, their patterns have absorbed the symbols and forms of different eras. Bukhara suzanes of the 19th century are distinguished by the richness of floral and plant motifs that convey the endless beauty of the surrounding nature - this is an image of trees, flowering bushes, various flowers: carnations, tulips, peonies, chrysanthemums, etc. Bukhara suzanes are truly considered one of the most beautiful in Central Asia.
